Fall is in the air--Kind of!

Well here we are in September already. Where has this year gone? We are coming up to my favorite time of year, the cooler weather and of course football! Since today is the opening game for my University of Michigan Wolverines I thought I should scrap some of the photos from Joel and I's trip to our very first game last November. We had a blast and can't wait to go again.

I love taking pictures of Joel and I when we are at games or other things. Gotta have memories of us together right? It was quite cold that day but we still had a blast. This is for a challenge over on Two Peas in a Bucket for the Calendar Girls. A great group of virtual friends that I scrap with I used a sketch from Sketch Support.com that is really cool. I made the die cut football and goal post with my Cricut and I bought the title at a local scrapbook store.

Okay so here are a couple of interior view of "The Big House". It was really cool being there just really crowed. We were in the end zone right next to the student section so it was a really good time. The sketch I used for this one was from Sketchy Thursday's. I really like their Sketches.

Well guess I should get somethings done around here, kick off is at 3:30 and I don't wanna miss a minute of it.

Back to scrappin

Hey all yes it has been a while since I posted here but life seemed to get in the way a bit this year. Between working 10 to 12 hours a day earlier this year and then finding out that I am pregnant and all the wonderful sickness that has come along with that I just couldn't find the energy to scrap. So with out further delays here are my creations.

This LO is from my wedding last year and thought the photos were just funny. It is from a challenge over at 2 Peas in a Bucket this week and the sketch is # 249 from Pencil Lines.

This is another Wedding LO. My hubby and I decided not to do a traditional unity candle for our wedding. We instead did a sand ceremony. This is for the current sketch over at Sketchy Thursdays. I just recently discovered them and love their sketches hope to play along more often.

Finally just a little LO about our wedding rings. I thought these photos were beautiful and just had to scrap them.

Hope you enjoy my scrappy goodness, one of these days I will be done with my wedding album and I can scrap some of the adventures that the hubby and I have been on this year.

Snow go away!!

Okay so it is snowing like crazy here again. So I thought I would share a couple of lay outs from a warmer time of the year. This past July the hubby and some of his buddies and I went to a major league baseball game. It was so hot that day we thought we were going to melt.

I'm thinking that both of these may turn into 2 pagers before I finish this trip so I will post those when I get them done, but for now stay warm. Oh ya most of these pattern papers came from my Scrapbook Circle kits, love them can't wait to use my January one just got it the other day.

Train Ride

Okay so I have been busy at my scrap desk lately. I have done 2 LO's with my July Scrapbook Circle kit and man do I love the colors that it has in it. So for this weeks Sketches in Thyme sketch I choose to use some really old pictures of my niece and nephew. Hope you enjoy. Hopefully after work I can get the other one I did posted.

My Ducky

For the past couple of weeks I have been working on finishing up the plans for my up coming wedding. Things are going great I just have reached the realization that in 2 months I will be getting married and all of the wonderful things that go along with the wedding itself. But with that said in between working on the wedding I have actually found time to scrap, and here is my submission for the challenges at Sketches in Thyme, Frosted Designs and this weeks Color Combos Galore colors.

My dog is so funny with this duck. As the journaling says he is never without it. The papers are from a few of my Scrapbook Circle kits, did a quick mix and match with that one. The little duck I made with my Cricut and the Create a Critter cartridge. Well hopefully I will be able to post more often, maybe even throw in a little bit more about me and my crafts.

So Proud

Okay so here is my first LO posted on my blog. This one means a lot to me since I could not be there when my "little" brother graduated from Basic Military Training last month. I say little because he is almost 8 years younger than me but he is more that head and shoulders taller than me. I wish that I had the LO I did of my sisters graduation, these pictures remind me so much of those ones. And yes those (my sister's graduation) were some of the first pictures that I ever scraped. But anyway enough rambling I did this LO for the challenges at Sketches in Thyme and also from Frosted Designs. I'm having great fun every week combining all the challenges that I can. I really like using the colors that they have over at Color Combos Galore, they are really pushing the colors that I am using to create my work. Oh and before I forget, the pattern papers are from my July Scrapbook Circle kit that I am loving and can not wait to use some more of. I guess that is all for me right now need to get some sleep.
